• All transactions are agreements strictly between the buyer and the seller.
• Neon Palms is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee any listing, product, or service.

3. Eligibility

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or scams.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Palms is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, game updates, platform actions, lost access, digital product changes, seller misrepresentations, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Neon Palms makes no warranties regarding any product or service listed by third-party sellers. The maximum aggregate liability of Neon Palms to any user is limited to the total fees that user has paid directly to Neon Palms.
