Seller Rules
Approved sellers represent the Neon Palms marketplace. These rules ensure every seller is trustworthy, responsive, and accountable to buyers.
1. Becoming a Seller
- Anyone may apply to become a seller, but all applications are reviewed manually.
- Neon Palms may approve, deny, or remove any seller at any time, with or without explanation.
- Approval does not guarantee continued access; sellers must remain in good standing.
2. Listing Standards
- Sellers must accurately and honestly describe every product or service.
- No fake listings, stolen products, or fraudulent activity of any kind.
- Listings must reflect real, available inventory.
3. Fulfillment & Support
- Sellers must fulfill orders promptly after a sale is completed.
- Sellers must respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Sellers are solely responsible for customer support, warranties, and after-sale service.
4. Payments
- No soliciting or accepting off-platform payments.
- Payouts are issued according to the Platform's payout process and schedule.
5. Accountability
- Repeated complaints, disputes, or policy violations may result in seller removal.
- Serious violations such as fraud or scams result in immediate, permanent termination.
- Neon Palms may withhold payouts associated with fraudulent or disputed transactions.
