Buyer Protection Policy
Neon Palms is built to make trading safer. This policy explains the protections we offer and what buyers must do to stay covered.
1. Our Commitment
Neon Palms is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. While we cannot guarantee any third-party listing, we provide tools and oversight designed to help protect buyers.
2. Vetted Sellers
- All sellers are reviewed before being approved to list on the Platform.
- Sellers who violate the rules may be suspended or permanently removed.
- Buyer feedback and complaints are used to keep the marketplace trustworthy.
3. Supervised Communication
- Deals and support are handled through the Platform so issues can be reviewed.
- Keeping communication on-platform is required for any protection to apply.
- Off-platform arrangements are not covered by any buyer protection.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Review all listing details carefully before purchasing.
- Provide accurate information and complete purchases in good faith.
- Contact support before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
5. Reporting an Issue
If an order has a problem, such as non-delivery or a significantly inaccurate listing, contact support through the contact page. Reports are reviewed case-by-case, and Neon Palms may intervene where appropriate.
6. Limitations
Buyer protection is discretionary and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or insurance. Neon Palms' maximum liability is limited to fees paid directly to Neon Palms, as described in the Terms of Service.
