4. Chargebacks
- You must contact support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account termination.
- Chargeback abuse and fraudulent disputes are strictly prohibited.

Neon Palms is a marketplace platform and is not the provider of the products sold. Refunds, where granted, are subject to the Terms of Service, including the limitation that Neon Palms' maximum liability is limited to fees paid directly to Neon Palms.
