1. A Safe, Trusted Marketplace

Neon Palms connects buyers with approved sellers of gaming-related digital products and services. These rules apply to everyone who uses the Platform and exist to keep the community safe and fair.

2. General Conduct

• Treat all members, buyers, sellers, and staff with respect.
• Keep all deal communication on the Platform so support can assist if needed.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind.
• No spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to deceive other users.

3. Listings

• Listings must be accurate, honest, and clearly described.
• No fake, misleading, stolen, or fraudulent listings.
• Sellers must have the right to sell everything they list.
• Prohibited or illegal items may not be listed under any circumstances.

4. Payments

• Complete transactions through the Platform's supported payment process.
• No soliciting or arranging off-platform payments to avoid fees or protections.

5. Enforcement

Neon Palms may remove listings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at its sole discretion. Repeated or serious violations result in immediate termination of access.
